Play Fairway Projects
DOE Geothermal Technologies Office is funding eleven Play Fairway Analysis projects that will investigate the potential for hidden geothermal resources, and will produce basin scale maps quantifying and reducing geothermal exploration uncertainty.
The eleven geologic trends under investigation range from Alaska and Hawaii to the Appalachians, including several Play Fairway projects in the western U.S.
